Yes, we’re here to show you the ropes and there is free coaching available on request.
Absolutely! During the season the green is available on a turn up and play basis anytime a match is not being played, between 12:00 and dusk weekdays and 10:00 a.m. and dusk weekends. Chances are you’ll often find other members looking for a roll up!
Yes, as a sports clubs, when we’re playing against other clubs, we wear our club strip, which is a white polo shirt and depending on the fixture, either white or grey trousers/skirts/shorts.
Like most sports, bowls is as competitive as you want it to be. It is a great way to make new friends and socialise, however if you enjoy competition, our internal competitions and the Mid-Sussex League should be right up your street!
Yes, our bar is always open for matches, social events and club nights. In our kitchen you’ll also find teas, coffees and a variety of ice creams.
